Each case is unique. Some are more complex than others. There are due process rights, procedural motions, rules of evidence, and case law that can be used in defense of a criminal or traffic case. For instance, in cases that involve a traffic stop, or in drug cases, there may be an issue of probable cause to arrest and search.
